للّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُنُوْنِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَالْبَرَصِ وَسَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ

'' ALLAHHUMMA INNI AA-OOTHU BIKA, MINAL JUNOO-NI, WAL JUZAAMI,

WAL BARASI, WA SAY'Y-IL- ASQAAM''
